The Maternity Programme in NHS Grampian is working towards the launch of its new service, and we’re looking for people who want to be part of making it happen.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the programme at a pivotal stage. We’re in the final push to bring plans together, support teams and prepare for the transition to the new service.

Join Our Expanding Team

The team have embarked on an ambitious programme to develop maternity services in the region. Following a review of maternity services at Dr Gray’s Hospital in Elgin and the submission of plans to Scottish Government, we have already achieved the first critical milestone – implementing Planned C-Sections at Dr Gray’s, as well as implementing various enhanced antenatal care services. We are now moving rapidly to the implementation phase to achieve a goal of providing full obstetric services at Dr Gray’s.

Applicants should demonstrate experience of:

Leading and supporting the implementation of projects and clinical services, in conjunction with clinical services, in conjunction with clinical and local management, to support patient care and health improvement. Working to required budgets and timescales. Leading and facilitating change management and ensuring maximum benefit realisation from the effective implementation of the programme.

This is a hybrid working opportunity with an exception of flexibility to meet programme needs.
